Rates and Reservations

We recommend reserving your space as soon as possible to secure the trip date most desired. Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-466-3527. You can also email us at info@bittergooselodge.com.   We now accept cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.

2011 Rates:

Lodge: Rates are $210 per night for up to 8 people. $18 per person per night for every additional person over 3 years of age.  Children 3 and under stay free. Memorial Day through Labor Day there is a 5 night minimum; otherwise there is a 2 night minimum NO PETS of any kind !

Cabins: Rates are
$110/night + taxes for a 2 minimum night cabin stay
$100/night + taxes for a 3 or more night cabin stay

This rate adjustment has been made due to increased operating costs, especially heat and electricity. We appreciate your business, and are planning more improvements to enhance your stay. Please note that there is a 6% state sales tax and a 3% hotel tax that will be added to your bill.

Lodging Rates Include

* Access to all 23 acres of land surrounding the lodge
* Use of complete lodge, with 7 private bedrooms, a bunkroom with 3 bunk beds, and 2 bathrooms
* All bedding and towels
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
* Use of the inground pool
* Outside picnic pavilion and fire ring
* Barbeque Grill
* Boat Parking
* Cable TV & DVD player
* Washer & Dryer

Cabin Rates Include:

* Access to all 23 acres of land surrounding the lodge

* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave
* Use of the in-ground pool
* Outside fire ring

* Cable TV & VCR
* Air Conditioning

Lodge and cabin rates do not include:

* Food
* Toiletries

Special Services: If your group will be celebrating a special occasion while staying at our lodge, we would be happy to assist you by purchasing a cake, balloons, etc. The price of these items will be added to your bill. Let us help make your stay a relaxing and stress free time.

Payments and Policies

You should reserve your space as soon as possible to secure the vacation date most desired. We take reservations on a first come, first served basis. Reservations may be made by phone or email and will be confirmed upon receipt of the of the required deposit.

Payments:
For payments, we accept check or money orders (please make out to the Bitter Goose Lodge). Please do not mail cash. Visa and Mastercard are now also being accepted.

Payment schedule: Deposit (due at least one month in advance) of $100.00. On your day of departure the remaining balance is due.

Late payments may result in releasing your reservation, and re-booking will then be subject to availability.

Cancellations:
Written cancellation must be received by our office at least 60 days in advance for a refund of your deposit. Failure to use your reserved lodge time will not result in any refund of your deposit. While we understand that emergency cancellations may occur, it is very difficult for us to book canceled space on short notice. Weather extremes will be considered on an individual basis.
